I had a membrane sweep done on Friday (51 hours ago precisely) and I spotted for a few hours but it stopped. I just woke up after a nap and there is brown and mucus all over my pad - is this a bloody "show" or could it be because of the membrane sweep even though it was over 2 days ago? I woke up a few hours ago to pee and there was some mucus then too but no blood. I am due tomorrow!

my bloody show was red - fresh - and happened during unmistakable labour though YMMV, of course.

i didnt have a sweep but the beginning of my bloody show was brown mucous-y. i lost the plug during active labor, which started several hours after that first show. good luck and smooth labor vibes!!!
