Me too!! I am completely exhausted by the time I go to bed and have no trouble falling asleep, BUT then very early am I tend to wake up because I have to pee. And then I can't get back to sleep for an hour or so!!! The cycle continues again the next day as I drag myself through the afternoon. UGH!!

I can't sleep longer than 4 to 5 hours every night before I am wide awake. I am not liking this insomnia that is starting to kick in.... I am starting to think I need to lay down every day at 1pm and nap as long as possible to help make up for it before the packed bags under my eyes leave for paris.
