Ideas on sex?

What do ya think you're having (for those of us that don't know)?

I think that it would be neat to kinda keep this on top so that when we start having the babies, we can see who was right.

I have been having girl dreams again, so I am going to go with girl. I could be totally wrong and maybe it's just wishful thinking because we have a girl name (at least I know what I'm naming her

) so this might be the only reason I am thinking girl.
Guess we'll find out soon since I'm pretty much 38 weeks now!

DH and I have both had boy dreams, a good friend of mine from church dreamed I had a boy (she had her own little boy two nights ago!

), and everyone (except my family- wishful thinking, I guess

) has told me they think it's a boy.

So I voted boy.

A lot of girl vibes... from my aunt, people I work with, and just because this pregnancy is SOOO different.
My son says he wants a brother, but refers to baby as her or she.

On the other hand... 80+ years of boys on my dh's side of the family, and everyone pretends they are incapable of making girls.

Last time I thought JOsh was a girl till we had the ultrasound. I would have wanted to be a surprise, but dh really wanted to know (at that time he was still optomistic about girls, but since then there have been 4 more boys born). This time he didn't care to find out because he is convinced baby is a boy.

So... who knows, but if this baby is a girl, it will be VERY exciting!!

We actually have just started to think about names...

We're getting boy vibes here. I think it'd be awesome to have two girls really close together, but it'd be awesome to have a little boy too! My sister and brother are two years apart (with my sister being older) and they were really close until they hit the preteen years.

So, I'll be happy either way, but there are a lot of boy vibes going on!

I was thinking girl for a long time but now I'm not sure. I was so sure with my first that it was a boy I'm surprised I have absolutely no idea with this one.

My mom says she is just positive we are having a girl. Two year old ds has said most of the pregnancy with confidence that baby is a girl. Have no intuition myself but their certainty has me feeling girl.

the majority of people have been saying "boy" - so I guessed boy - even though I really have no feeling either way...

Well dh and I both think girl. All of my dreams are of a girl. Oh and ds insists it's a girl and gets angry if we say it could be a boy and we don't know for sure.

Everyone at my work though looks at me and says boy.

I just started seeing a new chiro and he said he's currently running an 85% correct guess rate on gender (he specializes in pregnancy so he's got lots of prego women there!)....he says he's going to have to see me a few more times and I need to be a little further along before he'll make a guess. I'm kinda curious to see what he says!

well, in the beginning I was certain it was a girl (and I REALLY want a girl so...), now I'm starting to lean more towards boy ~ which I am starting to be OK with...though it is so NOT what I have always pictured. I'm voting boy for that reason, but my inner gut still says girl (but I think I might be convincing myself of that b/c it is still my secret preference).

i think it's a boy because dd thinks it is.
but i secretly want it to be a girl because it's so active (like people sitting next to me see the belly wiggle) that everyone thinks it's a boy [and i want to prove them wrong]. what's up with that? it irks me. [

: have i said lately how much i love my midwife? it riles her too. and she saw a belly schimmy on tuesday that made her eyes bug out and exclaim - "whoa. i've never seen that before!" and then when we talked about movement and i said baby was crazy she said, "oh, it's a boy" sarcastically and rolled her eyes.]

so, um, whose gonna start the "other" ideas on sex thread?

Pretty much everyone thinks this baby is a boy. Me too. FIL claims to have only been wrong once. We'll see about it. I think my midwife secretly suspects its a girl, but she would never say so out loud.

I put girl- just because of the dream I had right before I knew I was pregnant. But I really have no clue. And yes, as I clicked girl I thought- ya know, right about now we really COULD use a thread about sex ideas

I'm curious to see as babies are born who guesses right!
