A few years ago when I started using SWEAT, I was happy identifying myself as a healthy nut - really healthy eater, person who worked out a lot, drank a lot of water, didn't drink much alcohol, etc. However, over the years, the exciting view of being this person has worn off. Has this happened to anyone? What did you do about it? I feel like I've achieved so many healthy lifestyle habits, and now it's just sort of boring!
