I placed an order a month ago from a WAHM site. I got an auto-reply confirming the order. Despite two emails, I have heard nothing since. My cc hasn't been charged. This was not an order for custom stuff, but for a product she claimed to have in stock. What do I do now? Assume this order is never coming? Ack. Very frustrating! And makes me think I was naive to just order from anywhere...<br><br>

Is there contact info on the site? I would try a phone call. That usually gets things moving. <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="http://www.mothering.com/discussions/images/smilies/wink1.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="wink1">

receive the order for some reason. There is no harm in contacting this company and inquiring if they did receive the order and if there is a problem filling the order. On occasion our shopping cart does not notify us about an order, or our e-mails to the customer bounce and we just hope the customer will try contacting us again. Perhaps this is the case with the company you have ordered from?<br><br>
