"slip printed, packing" does this mean it hasn't shipped yet? Does anybody know?<br><br>

Hmmmmm....I'm really not trying to complain or anything because I know Sugarpeas is in the middle of some upheaval, but is this normal? I placed my order on the 13th (last Thursday). I half expected it to be here by now, which is why I went to check my order status. And it hasn't shipped yet? It was in-stock & everything. <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="http://www.mothering.com/discussions/images/smilies/bawling.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="bawl">

I ordered on 4/27 and still have not recieved my order! It shipped Friday, I think? Carrie did email me when it shipped and said she would refund shipping charges but I have recieved it either.<br><br>
And I am a little ticked that I got to watch everytrhing go on sale and I still don't have my order that I paid full price for. grrrr........

Every time I've ordered from them I've always gotten great service...shipping included. I wouldn't worry too much!

Yeh, I just got mine a couple of days ago, and it was ordered on May 2. I was also promised a refund on shipping, but never got it. <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="http://www.mothering.com/discussions/images/smilies/greensad.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="greensad"> Oh well.

Well I got a reply - she says she shipped a ton of orders this morning and mine was one of them - good for everyone waiting but bad for me. I can return them for a refund....

DD neeeeeeeeeds that fleece cover right now!!

I got 2 size 2 hemp with teal trim. I ordered them thinking a large would fit but I got some other sugarpeas dipes and cover from another board in the mail yesterday and they are all too big. PM me if you want more details on what I have.

I had my order forgotten too, but it wasn't during the wholesale upheaval. Perhaps going wholesale will be better for everyone.

I know Carrie works really hard, but she's been in the process of buying a house, and they're getting REALLY close to closingon it so she's packing and stuff(not to mention the process of going wholesale)<br>
I wouldn't worry too much, it will all get straightened out, just give her a little more time to get things settled down at home <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="http://www.mothering.com/discussions/images/smilies/orngbiggrin.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="orange big grin">
