Which would it be.. a sonicare toothbrush or a waterpik?? Specifically I am worried about receeding gums. Thanks!!

Most definately a water pik. The one I bought actually came with a toothbrush end though i don't use it. You would be best off just buying a super soft tooth brush and using a waterpik a few times a day.
