I have a friend who needs to take Ducolax 24 hours before she has a kidney stone removed and her dr. said she shouldn't nurse for 36 hours with that. It is also known as bisacodyl. She has a 4 mo exclusively nursing.

Please post any info or links you can find.

I thought Dr. Hale had a website where you could enter the name od the drug and it would show the info on it, but I can't find it, just the health professional forums.

It is an L2 and says there is little or no none harmeful effects on infants.
