Just wondering about this. I am taking 3,000 mg of EPA/DHA combined, plus I am taking 200 mg of DHA from plants in my prenatal. One study on Pregnant women used 2.2 grams of EPA and 1.1 gram of DHA.<br><br>
I have seen some info on here about EPA/DHA thinning the blood. I think in the study I mentioned above with 3.3 grams of Omega's there were Hemmorages.<br><br>
Just wondering on personal experience, whether it made a difference. I am especially interested in those that took close to my dose.
