What would you include if you were teaching an AP class to pregnant mothers?
I'm working on a research design which includes teaching attachment parenting to expectant mothers and I'm wondering what all I should include. I have quite a few categories already, but I would like to hear what others have to say.
Also, I would like to keep this at just parenting styles/techniques and not really focus on healthy living. I realize that many don't separate these two, but for this study, I need to. Just try to think of it as teaching how to promote attachment in a mother and baby.
