Do not read the Holiday Helper Thank You thread!
I sit here all weepy every time I look at them. I should know better- I cry watching commercials and most Christmas songs make me bawl, too!

I can top that...today I was stressed out already as we sat down to lunch, because I was afraid we wouldn't make my midwife appt. in time...but when my sandwich showed up with mustard instead of mayo on it, I LOST IT and started crying. right there in Steak N Shake.

Yesterday my husband was telling me a funny story about my sister and I started crying uncontrollably, because I didn't hear about it from someone else.

I've never been an emotional person and I don't know WHAT to do about all this crying for no good reason whatsoever!

I'm not quite crying at the drop of a hat, but I sure do cry easier than I used to. I;m a teacher and before lunch we have a 15 min. period where the kids follow along in a book while listening to a cd with the book read aloud (research shows that it improves reading fluency)

A few weeks ago we were reading Island of the Blue Dolphins, the heroine's dog died and I was in tears. Now we're reading NightJohn (set in the South, pre-abolition) I cry about every other day.
