I think you are speaking of kinetic muscle testing. Dont put something down when you are not familiar with it,why not look up more info. first.<br><br>
And yes it does work,your body will react immed. to something that is toxic,or something that is good for you. Its easier to have someone else do the muscle testing on you and vice versa.<br><br>

Health kinesiology is supposed to be a little different than other forms of kinesiology although it also involves muscle testing. That's not what my question was about--I have attempted to research online and if I'd found the answer to my question I wouldn't have bothered to post here. I was looking for personal experience from someone who had completed a session.
