I feel like crap so I went to see my Dr. today. I have an Ear Infection, a Sinus Infection, and Bronchitis all at the same time.

My Dr. prescribed antibiotics (keflex) I'm not one to take antibiotics, but I feel bad enough to give them a wirl.

Any tips on helping myself feel better?

just wanted to say I am sorry you are feeling bad!
Some things you might want to try:

extra garlic
elderberry
emergen-c (dd says it "unsnuffs her nose" when she is sick)
and definitely aciodophilus w/ antibiotics

I would not take abx. There is just no way!
