So I have had an IUD for almost 2 years and have not worried about pregnancy.

Then about 2 weeks ago I got a bit of spotting (not enough for a pad though) it ended and I just figured, hmmm. . strange. Oh well.

Well I should have had my period 3 days ago... I've been incredibly nauseous and tired for those 3 days. I am not really craving anything, just wanting to eat.

Anyhow, I am not having cramps or anything. I decided to check my IUD (don't know why) and I could not only feel my strings but also my IUD. It feels like it could be turned sideways (its never felt this way before, only skin and strings when I've checked it in the past). Also, the opening of my cervix feels swollen or open. Can't really tell.

Could I be pregnant?

I would find out if you're pregnant ASAP. There was this big thread about this same thing a month or 2 ago on this board. I'm sure you could find it by scrolling back, or searching. Some women who found out early enough were able to have the IUD removed, but the rest had to leave them in during the pregnancy. Yikes! Good luck.
