I always get really cold the day or 2 before AF, and I have been cold this entire pregnancy. Since the temperatures are really dropping into fall weather range, I have been absolutely frozen. I wear socks and long underwear to bed, and pile up tons of blankets. We even sleep on a foam mattress which is known for sleeping hot.
All day I've been eating soups and drinking tea. Then I started just drinking warm water b/c I'm not sure if drinking quarts of rooibos is a good idea. I just can NOT warm up.
Am I the only one? Any warm up ideas? My mom's solution was always to drink a glass of wine, but I don't feel that's the best solution given my current state of being.

I've been cold today. I put on jammies and socks and drank some tea and then ate something heavy to warm me up. I'm still feeling a little chilled. I was thinking that it was low blood sugar in combination with changing temps outside. Sometimes when I'm cold, I'll drink warm chicken or beef broth and that helps.

I am with you part of the time. I am either freezing my tush off or roasting. When I tell DH I am freezing he feels me and just says I am hot and letting all my heat go.

Today, I'm not too bad. Maybe because I took a 3 hour nap. Thank you DH!!
But I still get shivers.
I'm going to try to remember to get the soup bones out of the freezer and make up a big pot of broth. That sounds pretty good.
