I'm Going Crazy!

DH and I have been ttc for about 8.5 months. I've never been more than a day or two late on my periods, and about a month ago I just gave up. I stopped charting, checking fluids or hpting. This past week however, I started to feel a little crampy. This is typical the day before AF. Oddly enough, the cramps continued for a couple days with no AF. I hadn't been keeping track of my cycle, so I'm not sure when I should have started, but my friend and I have the same cycle, and she just said goodbye to AF yesterday. I took a hpt three days ago and saw the faintest of faint lines indicating that I was pregnant. However, the line was so faint, I wasn't sure. I went to a pregnancy center for a test, but the woman who did it, only waited 30 seconds and then sent me home telling me it was negative. She told me the test could take 5 minutes to read! I took another hpt (same brand as before) today and got the same uberfaint line.

Should I assume I'm pregnant? Should I retest with a different brand? Its driving me crazy!

She said it could take 5 mins to work and gave it 30 seconds? Plus that wasn't using FMU so it was less concentrated. And finally, according to www.peeonastick.com many clinics and things don't use the most sensitive tests. My guess?:

CONGRATULATIONS!!!!

Do you think that is more sensitive than others? I really want to be 100% on this... I think I'll pick one of those up.

Thanks,
Kristi
I've heard that the saveontests.com test strips are more sensitive that first response early response. Which test did you already use??? Last month I got two positives with the save on tests and a neg with FRER. Can you get a blood test??

Was your line the same color as the test line? did it appear within the time limit or was it after 10 mins?? From what I've heard, if the line is the same color as the test line then it is a positive. Yest again tomorrow with FMU and see if the line gets darker!

Let us know!

Everytime I have tested I start out with really light lines. Most pg test tell you that a line is a line. In my opinion I would say you are preg.
