but the basics are to cut out processed foods and eat whole foods, a good book to get is the "clean eating cookbook"
so if it came from the ground, a tree, an animal you can eat it
no protein bars or frozen meals or 100 calorie packs, whole foods
basics of what I eat, whey protein, fruit, whole grains, chicken, veggies
eat 5-6 small meals a day with protein at every meal
thats the basics of the eating, workout 5 days a week, I do cardio 3x and weight 3x, but thats where her hormonal timing stuff comes in, but that is a basic for you, definitly check out the book or wait for the infomerical to see whatever the package it she's offering, and know that when you see buffmother that is really works
