Maybe not. LOL. But I definitely have the urge to. I just used internet cheapies w/ this pregnancy, and think it might be fun to test w/ a "real" test, lol. I mean, it's only so many times in our life where we can pee on THAT type of stick and make it turn positive, ya know? I just want to do it some more.

I personally wouldn't waste the money at this point, bu tI am totally broke. Plus many of the cheapo tests work better than the more expensive ones.

LOL Andrea! I only had 1 test and of course it turned pink right away. I then tried to use an OPK as a HPT and when it didn't work, of course I freaked out. I think this is the only time I only did one HPT. Last time, I did three regular ones and one digital LOL

Be careful if you're near the end of the 1st trimester, I've heard they stop working at that point because hcg levels are falling.

But I sympathize
I think I peed on 4 or 5 this time.

They do fall, but according to this chart, even the levels at 40 weeks are still easily high enough to turn a test positive.

(Unless b/c they are falling, there's also none "extra" and therefore none excreted in urine anymore?) Hm....

Interesting! Someone told me not to take one after the first tri because it might be negative and just freak you out for no reason, but maybe that's a very low likelihood, or maybe they were wrong.
