Today a mother told me she was going to "Ferberize" her 4 mo. (and put her on cereal so she'd sleep longer.) This same mother spanks (the older children) and had an induction just so her two daughters wouldn't end up with the same birth date.
I see way too much formula feeding, circ'ing, CIO, etc. and I'm JUST SO HAPPY that you all exist and I can communicate with you via MDC. So, thanks.
PS. Yes I tried to argue with her about the "Ferberize" thing but she seems really set on it. I don't know her very well.
