I'm honestly losing my patience. Its like every other day - I sway back and forth from:

1. I'm letting this baby come when she's ready. I trust her and my body and I know this will happen. I don't need to do anything.

and

2. Get her out now! I want walking, sex, nipple stim, castor oil, cohosh, pitocin - anything and everything. And do it now.

OMG. I'm not due until tomorrow, but this has been going on for a good 10 days. Back and forth, back and forth. I get so antsy I cry.

I do not know how I will make it 2+ more weeks without losing my mind.

What really helps me to get through those thoughts are to remember how safe baby is in me. How comfortable she is and how well we can bond at this point. I'm also still able to sleep (sometimes) when I want to without the constant on-guard of newborn parenting. She can't stay in there forever, and I like to enjoy this time getting to know her, yet still wondering what she will be like once born.

(of course, this is coming from ME who just bought some blue cohosh. just don't even want the idea of induction to come in doc's head and my last one was nearly 3 weeks late.)
