Is it possible that coming off the hormone replacement therapy may have messed up your hormones in September, confusing the monitor the past two months because it was nothing like that one?

Im not sure if that is even possible, but if it were it would be as simple as resetting and starting over.

Other than that, do you chart BBT temps? If not, I suggest you try to get a better idea of if you are Oing or not.

You might want to check out Fertility Friend. It's a website with tons of information on temping and charting different things to determine ovulation, length of Lutuel Phase length, etc. The website is www.fertilityfriend.com. The basic membership is free and that's only what most women use. Sometimes they offer free VIP membership for a certain amount of time. The only true way to know if you've ovulated is by seeing a sustained temp rise in your chart.

To take your Basal Body Temperature (Waking Temp or BBT) all you need to do is temp orally or vaginally every morning before you move around/talk/go to the bathroom/etc. You should try to temp around the same time each day. I set my alarm, temp and go back to sleep. If you sleep with your mouth open, you'll have to temp vaginally. You can use a regular digital thermometer, but they usually only go out .1 degrees and a Basal Body Thermometer goes out .01 degrees. Many women also chart their cervical mucus and some chart their cerivical position. Fertility Friend has Charting lessons to help you figure out what to chart. And, there is a great book I recommend called Taking Charge of Your Fertility by Toni Weschler.

It could of, i think if i dont get a peak this time around either il re-set my monitor again and just hope i get one next cycle...

I went on the hrt to make my cycles 'normal' again...i only took the depo 3 times, never again

i did try doing charting last cycle but i kept forgetting to actually take my temp before moving so i stopped! ...

i chart my cervical mucus and i always get about 2-3 days worth on around cd 11/12 til 13/14 ish ..

but i think mayb the best idea would be if i dont get a peak to re-start the monitor..ohh well
