Hello out there!

My 13 month old just weaned himself from the breast. It happened in two days!! Anyway my husband and I decided that we would try for another child after Kolyn weaned on his own.

Almost a week ago I started to feel this dull pain on the lower left side(it could have come from my ovary) of my stomach. It lasted for three days and went away as fast as it came. I took a pregnancy test just to make sure and it came back negative.

I have not had a peroid since before I was pregnant and before they were irregular.

Now that you know a little history: #1- Has any of this happend to any of you, if so were you ovulating? #2- After your children weaned how long until you got your peroid? OR Did you have your way before this? #3 Any advise?

I know this is a long post, but I do not know who else to ask.

Thanks for all of you help

Sounds like it could have been O pains...however, I know that for me (and lots of other women, apparently), the body gears up to O prior to the actual event, so you might have several occasions where it "feels" like you're O'ing but dont really.

Unless you're charting or something (regardless of not having had AF yet), there really won't be any way to tell until you do get your first PP AF. But having weaned, the chances are probably better than not.
