i wish that were the case.. but, we were looking at it and there was clearly nothing at all there.. not only that, but the outline of the sac was somewhat irregular and larger than it should have been. i knew the instant we saw it, before the doc even said anything. it looked pretty strange. </p>

<p>thanks for the well wishes. i'm actually doing better with it than i would have expected. i think it helps to have a little one. my first m/c, an ectopic, really took an emotional toll, as when it's your first pregnancy it leaves you wondering if you'll ever have a babe. plus, she's such a monkey I'm not having much time to reflect and be sad. </p>
