Today I've eaten 1/4 of a Tombstone pizza, a 3 Musketeers bar and 2 cans of Coke. : Nothing sounds good, very little tastes good and I just feel yucky to my tummy all the time. I'm tired of it. I want to eat!

I'm right there with you. I feel a little guilty for complaining. But I am so tired of feeling yucky.

Do you remember what "good" feels like?

I'm sick of feeling sick too and I don't think we're complaining too much! It's getting a little old to puke all the time! I've found that keeping busy and eating hourly....a waffle, grapes, popcorn, burrito, etc. will keep me from getting so sick. If I wait for a couple of hours and don't eat and then try, I puke. Kefir and yogurt are another lifesaver. I also love sweet potato french fries. I hope all these foods aren't making you want to hurl, but I'm just trying to help. Even though I feel nauseous all day, it really is better if I force myself to eat continuously.

No!! I can't remember! WAAAAAHHHHHHHHH!!!!!

I've had a few really really rotten days... my daughters had friends over for a sleepover who brought a stomach bug with them... I caught it. Ugh. It just adds to the morning sickness, kwim? I've lost 6 lbs in two days and if things don't get better soon I might have to go get an IV because I'm so dehydrated.

Ugh, me too. You know, I am nauseous alot, but that's not even the part that really gets to me. It's just that constant feeling of nothing sitting right in your stomach, ya know? I just feel like crap!

Come on, March! I can't wait!
I'm so sick of this. I spent 5 days in the hospital for dehydration and am now home, in bed, with a PICC line for 24 hour IV fluids and zofran. I am pretty close to going back to the hospital for TPN (nutrition by IV) if this lasts much longer.
I want a time machine to take me to March. Or a stasis machine so I can sleep off the rest of the pregnancy. Or just a drug induced coma would be fine. Just make it go AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Oh, by the way, I love my baby. I hope he can feel the love every time I barf.

I totally, totally sympathize. I was saying the exact thing three weeks ago. I had a peak of really bad ms just when I thought the worst was behind me. I started feeling a lot better at the end of week 11 and every day gets a teeny bit easier, with me suddenly not noticing the smells in our house, or totally grossing out when walking by restaurants. Hang in there!

I have been dreaming of cake and doughnuts. Very strange! I wake up with bizzare cravings first thing in the morning.

Oh Pinky, that sounds awful. I'm really hoping 12 weeks brings an end to the constant nausea, I can hold on for another week. With my oldest I was 20 weeks before I felt better and that seems way too far off.

I cried for an hour last night, as I am so tired of being sick and tired and useless. I am so frustrated by my inability to accomplish things. I'm 13 weeks tomorrow, I hope this ends soon.

Not being able to get anything done is the hardest thing for me. I'm behind at work, my house is a disaster, I haven't gone grocery shopping. It's like I've become incapable of functioning. I had gone from feeling terrible 24 hours a day to feeling terrible just an hour or two before this weekend which was good, but it's been so hot that I've had a pretty rotten weekend. And the fatigue hasn't let up at all.

Today is the first day of my second trimester, and the first thing I did upon getting to work this morning was to lose my breakfast! I just want this part to be over with...

The fatgiue seems to be finally letting up, though...

I'm back at the hospital to get TPN. I hate the hospital!
The only thing that keeps me going is knowing that this illness doesn't really affect the baby. It's me that's sick and suffering. Baby will be fine.
I hate to complain when there are moms out there struggling with possibly losing their babies or finding out that something is wrong so I try to keep that in mind. This will all be over soon and I'll have my sweet babe.
