I have this "i want to eat NOW!" feeling all the time, but the very thought of eating makes me nauseated.

The evening I changed my mind 4 times on what to make for dinner, and then when I finally settled on something and made it, i had to fight to keep from gagging.

oh, the joys of the first trimester.

Ugh.

Yep. Me, too. I actually cried over this at the end of my last pregnancy. I got nauseaous the last few weeks before my girls were born.

That's me too. I haven't fixed dinner in weeks. I eat a small pb&j or something and I have to stop before I get too full as I feel like I'm going to get sick. I sit there still starving but feeling too full at the same time. Very bizarre and unpleasant.

Yes, I am feeling that way too. yuck i hate it. The only thing I have eaten in the last 3 days are oranges, apples, and saltine crackers. Nothing sounds good and I gag like crazy when I try to cook anything. The only times I have thrown up are in the middle of the night on an empty stomach. But it is so hard to have a full belly when everything sounds so gross. hang in there mama's.

Same here...DP gets frustrated because we're waiting for cravings/adversions and, well, I have neither. I'm just terribly indecisive. We have to go through a list of things before I can agree on something to eat.

Grocery shopping this afternoon was horrible! EVerythiNG looked & sounded disgusting!! All I wanted to buy was about 80 million vanilla yogurts.

And now I am surfing around our ddc instead of putting any of the groceries away. As if I have energy left for that!

I have the same problem and I have NEVER been a picky eater. The only thing that is consistently appetizing is fresh fruit. Other than that it's a tricky matter of finding the right thing when it seems appealing.

On the other hand now I feel like I understand how my husband, the picky eater, is about food.

I have been having this bad, too. The other day we went grocery shopping and dh had to finish because I was getting hot flashes just looking at the food.

And I can't make dinnerthe very thought of there being food makes me feel ill. I have a bunch of canned soup and some salad for me because even the simple thought of preparing the soup myself will make me extremely nauseous.

Funnily enough, the only thing that sounds good are peaches. Too bad they aren't in season. I even dreamed about them last night.
