Do I hope it goes away on it's own or should I go to the doctor on Sunday? (there's a local clinic open on weekends)

The gory details... My breast started hurting early this afternoon, I just figured it was because ds hadn't nursed in a while. I started getting nauseous, having achey joints, and just discovered I have stylish red stripes on that poor breast. But my temperature is only 98, not really high.

I'm at a loss here because I've never had it. In 20 months I've only dealt with thrush when ds was discharged from the NICU and a plugged duct a few weeks ago.

Any advice or suggestions? TIA!
