I just wondered if anyone else is enjoying the development of imaginary playmates with their toddlers? Dd has made a friend named Alice who has a friend named Argon. Alice is very small and doesn't talk very well so she needs dd's help to speak. Argon is Alice's other friend and he usually accompanies her on her visits. Alice has become a wonderful playmate and she actuall helps me from time to time as well. I think they met at "school" (another fabricated place.) They are in the same class. Mrs. Bean's class that is. In Mrs. Beans class they do all kinds of things like finger paint, sing, and eat candy. She also has to take the bus to "school" but often misses it and has to return home. I'm loving this delightful little world she has dreamed up and dh and I take great pleasure in playing along with her. So, anyone else have a toddler who has an imaginary world?
