DS is 11 months old and still only has his bottom two teeth. The other day I noticed that he was finally getting a top tooth, but it's the one next to where his front teeth will be. I guess it was not what I expected, neither DH or I got teeth in this order. Does this have any implications on the rest of his teeth? Will they all fit correctly in his mouth? Are there any reasons why this would happen?
