I'm glad to see them speaking out against the infanticide. However, I believe it'll take much more than his statement. This is years of tradition and culture steeped in dowrys and the like. When the people of India can put aside parts of their history, then maybe there will be an improvement.

i don't understand the dowry related deaths. why does that happen?
