Yup-I am 6 weeks pregnant today. Between what feels like narcolepsy during the day and nausea-it's 5am and have been up since 3-this is really annoying.

I seem to be dealing with this also. I'll be exhausted and go to bed, fall asleep quick and then wake up a couple hours later. I woke up around 11:30 last night and thought it must be morning and was shocked to see what time it was. I woke up several more times and I didn't feel like I was really sleeping in between...it felt like that weird sleep where you are semi aware of time passing. It stinks because I have a really long day of back-to-back meetings today, and plans for this evening.

I have sleep problems too. It takes me a long time to fall asleep, then I generally have a window around 3AM where I wake up and can't fall back to sleep for 1-1.5 hours. It's SO frustrating, especially since I am cosleeping with almost-2yo DS who is working on 2 year molars lately and waking multiple times/night...when he finally falls asleep I'm wide awake, then I finally start to doze off and he wakes up again. It's a vicious cycle.

I can sooo relate. 17 month old ds wakes many times during the night (still working on 1st yr molars) and it's so frustrating to not be able to fall back asleep right away once I get him back to sleep.

And here I thought it was just me. It's funny, I usually sleep like a log. Guess my mind is racing.<br>
I'm joining a gym this week, and I'm hoping that'll help.
