I was wondering what everyone is eating, and to share the good things that I am eating, as an inspirational thread to keep us all putting good things in our bodies.<br><br>
I didn't eat really well this morning, and for lunch ate at IKEA. But I am doing better with an afternoon snack of homemade ratatoiulle (sp?) from my garden (all but the onions) over boiled new baby potatoes. For dinner we are having brown rice, fresh spinach salad, and pork shishkabobs.<br><br>
