Love the site- I'm inspired to make my own menu now. I'll definitely take ideas from that site!<br><br>
What do you all think of her info on trans-fats and saturated fats in margarine and butter? Seems to make sense, but isn't the problem with trans-fats that our bodies just can't handle them? What's the deal there?<br>
I switched to butter from Brummel and Brown (which I love!) because I was concerned about trans-fats. My thinking is more natural= better for us.<br>
Do you all feel the same way?<br><br>
eta- wait, that chart says there are transfats in butter? I'm confused now- I thought that trans-fats were a man made thing. Hmmm. why did I think that? Any thoughts on it?
