Introducing Talia Yvonne (UPDATE: photos)

Talia Yvonne arrived this morning (Saturday, August 12 -- three weeks early!) at 12:40 a.m. She weighs 7 lbs 10 oz and measures 20 inches long. Hobbies thus far include eating, sleeping, and making noises similar to that of a balloon leaking air. She is the most beautiful thing we have ever seen.

DH and I are doing great. We had a wonderful birth experience with our doula and a fabulous midwife -- we did get to stay at the birth center, hooray!

Hope to post more of a birth story and photos in the next couple days.
