Hi ladies
I was wondering if any of you know if it is safe to take b6 while nursing and what is the dosage limit? How much can you safely take while nursing and does the age of the nursling matter? I understand the implications for a non-nursing woman.
Thanks!

I'm currently taking 50mg B6 with a 1 year old nursling. B6 is considered safe but in higher doses it can decrease your milk. So maybe start off with a lower dose and see how your milk is doing. I personally wouldn't take more than 50mg either way because too much B6 can be a bad thing. HTH
