I have been sorta following Core on Weight Watchers to trim down some weight I gained this fall. I found myself with a sore throat and the only thing that "helped" it was Haagen-Daz left over from my birthday party.

No real harm done, I just thought it would be a healthy thing to own up to it in a humorous, communal way rather than get mad at myself about it.

Yes, feel better soon!

I have also been on the "hum..... I can make X healthy, can't I???" thread. That's why I started the 5 lbs in June thread, and here it is December and I'm only down 2 lbs


I really need to get back on the weight watchers band wagon. It's hard on your own though (no meetings here and the online support doesn't help so I"m not goign to pay for it. I have all the materials from when I was in the states a couple of years ago).
