It doesn't say anything but cocoa on the side, but Breanna has wigged OUT the last few times we've made anything chocolate. I can't think of what else it could be, if we're making brownies with just flour, eggs, oil and baking soda.

Not to mention that all of the easy store-bought candy and the few cereals that were safe have all changed their recipes, so she can't have any of that either...she's down to homemade oatmeal and rice chex.

I'm just so tired of the wheat-free, corn-free, milk-free life. And it seems like no one is helping, no one else even cares, except for one really good friend. Bre has gone completely off the wall, total corn-reaction, and even her psych says that it's probably just adolescent hormones.

My corn-intolerant DD can have it as well. It could just be the cocoa. Has she had other things with chocolate and been okay? My DS couldn't have chocolate for a while, but now he tolerates when it's not often and he doesn't have much. Same thing with DD. She was off it for 18 months. My DD can't have any of those things either.

How about Cream of Rice cereal for an alternative to oatmeal? We can do puffed rice cereal and Koala Crisp cereal as well as the Rice Chex. Before MDC, I felt all alone in the food-deprived world as well.
