I'm friend of a family with two girls aged 5 and 3. Whenever I come over, they're super excited and happy.
However, when I leave, the youngest (3) asks me for a kiss and wants a peck on the lips. Not wanting to disappoint, I comply, but I feel quite uncomfortable doing this.
What should I do? It's harmless, and she sees it as a way of showing affection (as her parents do it with her, too) but I don't want the parents thinking I'm taking advantage of her or anything, although I'm not sure they even know she's asking for it as I have not yet discussed it with them.
Please let me know what your thoughts on this are, as well as advice on what to do.

For the imagery, I'm fifteen years old and come over to babysit as well.
