My daughter had a stool test and she came up high for gluten sensitivity. Couldn't definitively say if its celiac's (different test). Anyhow, is it possible to heal this? Or will my dd never be able to eat gluten again?

When I was researching digestive enzymes for ds, I found several posts by MDC mamas who were able to re-introduce casein and gluten while using the right enzymes. Previously these children had severe reactions. If your child has celiac, I don't think gluten with enzymes is recommended. But if it's a gluten sensitivity, I know that some others have overcome it using enzymes. From what I've been reading, Houston's Peptizyde is the best for both gluten and casein.

They can grow out of it (providing it's no coeliac). My daughter did.
