I have read that a permanent relief from presbyopia personality can be obtained from Lasik treatment. My daughter is suffering from juvenile presbyopia and she is using prescriptive lenses now. But she hates glasses and we are thinking of an alternative solution for this. My husband was suffering from the same problem and recently he had done a refractive surgery from . The result was amazing. He permanently escaped from his vision problems and glasses. My question is, Is Lasik surgery a good option for Juvenile Presbyopia? Please advice me in my concern.

I don't think so because the eye lens changes as we grow, mature, and age.

Lasik can be irrelevant to anyone after a few years if their lenses change through growth or deterioration.

Especially for children.

And there are potential side effects & it doesn't always work. FYI.
