We had a party over the weekend and somehow the fairly new, high-end, QUIET garbage disposal got left on - like forever? So, now of course, it is off.

Does anyone know if it's toast - like burned the motor out or if it might contain some sort of override and how I might reset that? It's about a year old and while not Top-of-the-line it was up there in quality.

Oh - I feel so smart. I finally found a google search that yielded a good result. Turns out there is a red reset switch right on the bottom of the disposal. That did the trick!
