It doesn't matter if a woman is passed out, spread eagle, butt naked on the front lawn. She shouldn't be sexually assaulted and should be given basic courtesy that all humans deserve.
Do I think it's prudent to be in that position? No. Would I encourage my kids to NOT be in that position? Absolutely. But they still don't deserve to be harmed and it is unacceptable to use the threat of harassment and rape to scare women into line.
I do think that it's prudent to teach kids boundaries and for them to respect dress codes. But a person violating dress codes does not justify mistreatment or abuse.
The consequence needs to fit the crime. Abuse and harassment are NEVER justified.
