Sourdough is apparently healthier as it is fermented and easier to digest.
When creating your own sourdough starter, it is better to use ww flour. My starter is 100% ww! I make sourdough bread, muffins, pancakes (so yummy and fluffy) cinnamon rolls, pizza dough. It's awesome.
