Or am I dreaming? Even if it isn't the greatest one? I have some nature's gate stuff from last summer but it has parabens in it. I used to like no-ad but I think they do too. I have California Baby and Badger but I hate to use it unless we're really outside for an hour or so. And I personally hate to use it. <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="http://www.mothering.com/discussions/images/smilies/orngtongue.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="Stick Out Tongue"> I've been slathering my aubrey face stuff on my arms, but it's expensive.<br>
Suggestions?

No, in my experience there is not a mineral sunblock that isn't white. You have to rub it in REALLY well. Sorry.<br><br>
I made my own, though, inexpensively. I got some super nice Kiss My Face oil free moisturizer (16 oz for $8) and mixed in I zinc oxide and titanium dioxide powders that I got off of eBay. I got a pound of each, and I use 1 Tb at a time, so it'll last forever. It works great, and it is even gentle enough for my little one (15 months old).

UV Naturals! No parabens, no nasty stuff. It is not white at all and I've not found the "golf" formula I bought to be oily at all (the regular and baby are pretty greasy - they're all safe for babies, though ,so I got sport and golf). It goes on a little "heavy" feeling but sinks in within minutes and you can't even tell it's there. It's pricey, though <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="http://www.mothering.com/discussions/images/smilies/greensad.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="greensad"> You just missed a co-op.

I saw that co-op. bummer. The golf formula huh? Sounds funny. <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="http://www.mothering.com/discussions/images/smilies/smile.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="smile"> Well I'll keep it in mind. Thanks. <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="http://www.mothering.com/discussions/images/smilies/smile.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="smile"><br><br>
eta again: if anyone is interested there is uv natural a round #2 co-op up in the co-op forum. <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="http://www.mothering.com/discussions/images/smilies/orngbiggrin.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="orange big grin">

I know! <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="http://www.mothering.com/discussions/images/smilies/greensad.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="greensad"> THe price sucks. One thing to keep in mind - the bottles are bigger (7oz compred to 4oz for most commercial brands). 4oz of toxic Neutrogena or coppertone is around $10. That makes the price seem less outrageous, still not great though. <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="http://www.mothering.com/discussions/images/smilies/greensad.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="greensad"> You're also supposedly able to use less of the UVN so it lasts longer. Not sure if that's a tested fact or not though. It is good stuff. I will continually stalk the co-op bd for another one! <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="http://www.mothering.com/discussions/images/smilies/lol.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="lol"> I just HATE the white cast from AUbrey, etc (and the awful strong smell!) The "golf" was just formulated to be quicker absorption so they don't lose grip on the club from greasy hands <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="http://www.mothering.com/discussions/images/smilies/lol.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="lol"><br><br>
I've also heard good stuff about keys soaps "Solar RX". Non whitening, ZO based, currently on sale for $20/4oz.

There's another!<br><br>
Well that's good too know. I don't want to get too greasy and loose my grip on the car keys or toddler. <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="http://www.mothering.com/discussions/images/smilies/lol.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="lol">
