I got a ton of FOE real cheap, $16 for 150 yards... like I need that much. I have tried the mamma bird aio, but the tabs are too short...i could lengthen and add more stuffing than the one I made, but I prefer pockets. But all the patterns I have are for t&t, which makes the diaper HUGE... In this case, I used the darling diaper pattern with foe... and when I extended the wings... ds was swimming.. i'm not good at adjusting, so was looking for a pattern, med or large.

or do you have some good, easy tips to work with what i have???

T&t patterns have a seam allowance included. Since you don't need a SA with FOE, if you just cut off the SA before you make up the diaper you should be good. Then stack up the stuff the way you want it and stitch away.
And where did you get such a deal on FOE? Can you say? Inquiring stashers want to know!

thanks for the info. that really makes a lot more sense...I guess I have a tough time thinking things clearly when it comes to sewing... :

i found it on ebay. it was black 3/4" FOE. It was the only one listed at the time. Black foe looks very nice though around my white PUL.
