Poor Ronan is waking up six or seven times a night due to congestion. Is there anything I can give him that will help? I'd rather go the natural route -- would saline nosedrops help?

Try some natural Menthol Rub (ie vicks but the natural stuff) Run a humidifer in the room and have him sleep propped up.

having the same problem here. i doubt dd would 'allow' a rub. second option?
