Is this a teething fever?
Ds has had a fever for about 48 hours now. It ranges between 101 & 102... I think his top teeth are trying to come in, he got his bottom two about a month ago. He has no other symptoms (except fussiness & no interest in solids, but he is nursing a ton)... I have been giving tylenol just to ease his discomfort... Do you think this is teething, or should I be worried about something else?
