Hi! I have looked around and googled and found a few pics of how horrible diaper rash is...my 7 month old has not had any yet. We are cloth diapering and three days ago I found 3 little bumps in her folds. They are red, but not rashy looking. They have not spread. Is this the start of diaper rash? Heat bumps? bite? Thanks in advance for any help.

Since there's so little of it, I bet going diaperless for a little while would clear it up. That's good for various types of rashes. It very well could be from the heat, but it's hard to say.

ITA with the pp - it sounds as though a few minutes of bare bum time would clear this right up - if it is in the folds of skin it may well just be a touch of heat rash brought on by getting a little damp.

Keep an eye on it though - but don't worry too much. Even if it does turn out to be diaper rash there are lots of great tips and suggestions for clearing things up

It could be from sweat too. All of my kids have had that hiding in the folds at one time or another. It just goes away with some airing out time. Make sure it dries out in there. If it spreads then it may be yeast. My oldest had a few yeast infections.
