Regular peanut oil does not contain the allergen (protein) but organic and cold pressed do?

I saw this on a TV cooking show and just wondered if it's accurate.

I've read a similar thing about soybean oil vs. actual soy. In our case, dealing w/ an intolerance (not an allergy), ds reacts to soybean oil as well, even w/ out the protein.

According to this pub med study,

If you're dealing w/ an intolerance, it's a different issue, I believe. Although I don't think I'd play around w/ it either way--esp. dealing w/ a true allergy.
