I have been trying to get DH to feel the baby move for weeks. This little guy never performs when I want him to. Now, I'm sitting here at work and he is bouncing all over the place. I am literally sitting here watching my belly move. I hope he keeps this up tonight! I've been dying for DH to feel him too!

DH was never able to catch DD until the end. Then she was so big you could see her rolling around like some alien from across the room.

Happens to me all the time! Baby will be going crazy and I'll call DH over to feel but as soon as he puts his hand on my belly, baby stops. LOL He finally did feel one kick last night though, so at least he knows I'm not making it all up now!

Mine too! In fact, both of my girls have done that. It's mostly with my dh and my mom. I think it's because they both have really warm hands and the baby notices something different. My sister has cold hands, and both babies have moved a lot for her. Go figure.

Well, DH FINALLY got to feel a little kick last night. For a while I was wondering if he ever would. He just happen to have his hand on the right spot at the right time. I have noticed that if I put my hand on my belly that I can feel the kicks stronger on the sides of my belly instead of the front. So, that is where I have been telling him to feel and it worked.

ds has started insisting on digging his little nails into my projecting navel whenever he nurses, and it hurts like crazy. so when we're going to bed i enlist dh to be my belly button protector - he puts his hand firmly over my belly button and keeps ds away. he's gotten to feel a lot of definite kicks and rolls and even some hiccups that way.

OUCH! My ten year old is the only one that seems interested in my belly. He is always loving it and talking about the baby. He has always been the most loving and cuddly of my children so it doesn't surprise me that he is like this.

ds is only 18 months so he spends a lot of time curled around my gut trying to reach my boobs. he never notices when it kicks him and has no concept that there's something inside, but he does love blowing raspberries on it and playing with it.
