We found out on Wednesday that there's a little boy in there! We're busy trying to come up with a name. Girl's names come so much easier to me.
We're supposed to go back for another ultrasound next week because he kept his hands crossed in front of his chest, and the technician wasn't able to get a clear enough view of his heart. I'm a little bit worried, but she didn't indicate that she actually thought anything was wrong, so he's probably fine. Everything else looked fine.

On the heart issue, there have been a number of us (at least 3-4) that have had to go back for the same thing and it's turned out just fine. It's hard not to worry, but chances are it's just a fluke and he's just fine! Try not to fret too much!!

Not from your ddc, but congrats on your baby boy!

I've had to go back for second looks on the heart for my last three babes. Babe just has to be in perfect position to get everything just right. I can't tell you not to worry b/c that'd be pointless, but it has happened to a lot of us with no ill results. I hope it's the same for you!

Congrats! I love the name Felix, though DH and everyone else isn't sold on it. We had names narrowed down for DS, but luckily we went in with a list not a specific choice because once he was born we tried a few on him for size and both agreed he was totally a Caleb (we had narrowed it down to Caden or Jacob). So sometimes the baby will help you decide!
